These terms and conditions are accessible on the site under the “Terms and Conditions” section.

Car with Chauffeur Transportation (VTC) is regulated by the Tourist Code. According to the French law, all VTC drivers are certified with professional driver’s license and possess the acquired qualifications. Obligations include compliance with the social and tax laws, as well as, the labour laws in force.
By the French law, all vehicles are assured by insurance companies for the safety of passengers. Vehicles are regularly examined and drivers are subject to regular checks by the authorities. ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT is an establishment of more than a decade and is an authorized entity of Transportation Security Service, Road Transport Regulation Department in France.
Our Terms and Conditions are part of agreement between Users with the arrangement of transportation car with chauffeur services in Paris, France by ORGANISATION AND TRANSPORT CONFORT.
In the Terms and Conditions we label in detail our travel services in Paris offered online and our sales department for reservations offered by ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT to Users.
Nonconformities from the User Terms including letters of confirmation and unreserved services, are hereby rejected. It will be considered countable only if the management of ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT has expressly agreed in writing, does this not apply.
ARTICLE 2: ACCESS TO THE SITE AND ONLINE USER REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

High-end chauffeur-driven car rental
The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.
The non-member User does not have access to the reserved services. To do this, he must register by filling out the form online. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the Member User or another person on behalf of the User undertakes to provide sincere, complete, accurate information and contact details. ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT will depend on the data provided to be able to offer its professional travel services.
To access the services, the User must then identify themselves using their username and password.
Any regularly registered Member User may also request cancellation of account by going to the dedicated page in their personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable time.
Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of https://parislimousinecarservice.com/. In these cases, the User thus agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.
The User has the possibility of contacting the site by email at the publisher’s email address communicated in ARTICLE 1.
ARTICLE 3: SERVICES
ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT provides travel services within Paris, outskirts of Paris and to another city. Since based in Paris, take off point is always from Paris city. We make the necessary arrangements with our drivers for Users requesting our transportation services. All our bookings are accepted and pre-scheduled before 48 hours from the date of request.
ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT online booking is confirmed after User has finalized payment and the User receives an email as confirmation. Invoice will be sent to User’s email address assiocated with User’s account 24 hours after their ride has taken place. The User can also consult their invoice in “My account”, under “Reservation”. For customized ride requests, User can contact our reservation department by email (reservation@parislimousinecarservice.com), by telephone or WhatsApp (+33625433132) and our dynamic staff will quote the reservation for the User. Upon the confirmation received from the User, payment request will be made internally for final reservation and an invoice will be sent to User 24 hours after their ride has taken place.
ARTICLE 4: USER BENEFICIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SUBJECT TO THE CARRIAGE OF THE USER
This article concerns the User’s Ride Request for Travel Arrangements that the User should communicate their request from within their User account or by email, if they are approved by ORGANISATION AND TRANSPORT CONFORT.
Conditions mentioned below relate to the ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT agreed entitlement to carriage of the User :
ARTICLE 4.1: POINT TO POINT TRANSFER RIDES / HOURLY BOOKINGS / TOURS AND SIGHTSEEING, CHANGES TO SERVICE
The User has the options to choose between point to point transfer rides, hourly bookings and tours and sightseeing. In case, User original ride requests requires modification prior or during the travel ride, our customer service department should be informed by expressed email sent to reservation@parislimousinecarservice.com. In the event of additional efforts, this may result in extra costs for the specific travel arrangement. (for more details see article 5 below).
Travel arrangement modification depends on the availability of ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT scheduling, and the User is eligible to ask for changes.
In case User did not prior inform changes of the distance or number of hours being less than originally booked, the price remains unaffected.
ARTICLE 4.2: VEHICLE CLASS / VEHICLE MODEL, UPGRADE
The User has the option to choose the suitable car for the ride request from our park of vehicles (sedan or minivan) according to the number of passengers and number/volume of luggage.
The exposed vehicle images in the ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT website Tools are only illustrative samples.
Dependent on availability, if User wishes to upgrade the vehicle class, additional charge to the User will be acquired. User can modify their request in their User account only if the payment step is not finalized. User should contact the customer service department by email reservation@parislimousinecarservice.com for request of upgrading the vehicle.
ARTICLE 4.3: TRANSPORT SERVICE SAFETY AND CONSEQUENCES
4.3.1: EXCESS LUGGAGE
User car reservation type depends strongly on the number of passengers and number/volume of luggage. If there is excess luggage or bulky luggage that is not suitable to fit in the reserved type of car upon booking, then this could lead to corresponding surcharges.
ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT reserves the right to not accept the carriage of luggage and/or animals which were not stated upon booking and which was not agreed to by ORGANISATION AND TRANSPORT CONFORT.
4.3.2: CHILDREN CAR SEAT
User should state in an additional comment if child safety seat is needed by specifying the required seat type, number and age of the infant or toddler.
ARTICLE 4.4: CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
4.4.1: CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, DELAY TO THE USER
ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT accepts cancellation before 48 hours in advance from the date of ride request. Any cancellations made 48 hours or less before the ride request date, will not be refundable, the total price must be paid. Cancellation can be made by User through their User account, as long as 48 hours or less before the ride request date has not passed, otherwise, the system will reject.
When the User, or passenger, has not shown-up at the pick-up address at the stated hour (refer to below detailed waiting time depending on the pick-up address) without communicating the reason by a telephone call, ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT will consider it as a no-show. In this case User will not be refunded, the total price must be paid.
For airport pickups, in case there is delay of arrival for more than one hour, additional costs may be incurred to the User for extra waiting. In general, Organisation and Transport Confort personnel continuously monitors arriving or departing flights, such cases are very rare to happen.
For train station pickups, in case there is delay of arrival for more than 20 minutes, additional costs may be incurred to the User for extra waiting. In general, Organisation and Transport Confort personnel continuously monitors arriving trains, such cases are very rare to happen.
For address pickups, if User is more than 20 minutes late from the stated pickup time upon booking, additional costs to the User will be required for extra waiting.
For hourly service, if User has extended the hours during the transportation service, additional costs to the User will be required for extra hour(s). The beginning 30 minutes will be charged as half hour supplementary hourly charge – if 30 minutes have passed, then charge will be considered for one hour.
4.4.2: BEHAVIOR IN THE VEHICLE
It is the responsibility of the ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT travel service provider to ensure a safe ride, therefore, Users must respect the regulations which apply to the general Road Traffic Act, like having the seatbelt on for example. Any instructions given by the driver must be followed.
In situations where passenger does not comply with transport regulation such as: use of sit-belt, is under alcohol or drugs effect, has criminal act or psychological disorder, open the door while driving, throw an object from the vehicle, stick body parts out of the vehicle or shout from the vehicle, ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT is not counted liable. Thereafter, it is the sole responsibility of the customer if any fines, penal sanctions, material damages or corporal damages are occurred in result to the non-observance by the customer.
Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
ARTICLE 5: COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT
ARTICLE 5.1: TERMS OF PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION FEES
All our prices are estimated in euros including tax, driver’s services and incurred expenses by the use of the vehicle. Our online quotes for our multi transportation services are drawn taking into account the following elements: type of vehicle, hourly rate, maximum mileage, plus any expenses and allowances (toll, parking, additional mileage, allowances for the driver, meals). For customized requests, User needs to contact our sales department to receive a quote. Supplementary to the mentioned expenses and allowances, hotel night stay with meal may be necessary to add for the driver. The sales department is responsible to inform User in advance about the additional costs before the final reservation.
The payment of the transport service is made in advance and reservations are accepted both online and with direct contact with our sales department at least 48 hours in advance. If payment is not made in advance then reservation is not accepted or confirmed. Upon final booking, the User can pay for their ride by credit card.
Expenses are incurred during the act of transportation of User, such as extra hours of waiting or additional hours of availability, sales department will contact the User to pay the extra charges
ARTICLE 5.2: SENDING OF INVOICES, PAYMENT DATES
ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT will provide the User an electronic invoice both sent to User’s email address and which can be downloaded in their ORGANISATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT USER account “Reservation”. User receives invoice including VAT after finalizing the reservation and payment online within 24 hours.
ARTICLE 6: DATA COLLECTION
The site ensures that the User collects and processes personal information while respecting privacy in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.
Under the Data Protection Act, dated January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose their personal data. The User exercises this right:

ARTICLE 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The brands, logos, signs as well as all the contents of the site (texts, images, sound, etc.) are subject to protection by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright.
The ORGANIZATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT brand is a trademark registered by ORGANIZATION ET TRANSPORT CONFORT. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this brand, of any nature whatsoever, is totally prohibited.
The User must request prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents. It undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context, any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.
Any total or partial representation of this site by any means whatsoever, without the express authorization of the operator of the website would constitute an infringement punishable by article L 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
It is reminded in accordance with article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code that the User who reproduces, copies or publishes protected content must cite the author and his source.

ARTICLE 11: APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
French legislation applies to this contract. In the event of no amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear the matter.
