After how long do you start charging for waiting?

It depends on the pickup address of your booking. The waiting time starts from the pickup time scheduled in your booking. If you know in advance that you may be delayed, we recommend reaching out to your chauffeur by telephone or reaching out to our customer service to deal with the situation for the best of your convenience.

Airport pickup wait time 

For airport pickups, in case there is delay of arrival for more than one hour (60 minutes), additional costs may be incurred for extra waiting. In general, OTC personnel continuously monitors arriving flights, such cases are very rare to happen.

Address pickup wait time 

For address pickups, the waiting time is 20 minutes maximum, additional costs will be required for extra waiting after 20 minutes. If you have not shown-up at the pick-up address for more than 20 minutes, without communicating the reason by a telephone call, OTC will consider it as a no-show and the chauffeur will leave the location.

Train station pickup wait time

For train station pickups, in case there is delay of arrival for more than 20 minutes, additional costs may be incurred for extra waiting. In general, OTC personnel continuously monitors arriving trains, such cases are very rare to happen.

By hour wait time

For hourly service, if you have extended the hours during the transportation service, additional costs will be required for extra hour(s). The beginning 30 minutes will be charged as half hour supplementary hourly charge – if 30 minutes have passed, then charge will be considered for one hour, at the same rate as your booking.
